HORSE SHOWS AND HORSE COMPETITIONS

We love horse shows and we love horse competitions!  In fact we have almost a dozen horse shows per year right here at Sundance Horse Ranch just miles from Houston, Pearland, and Alvin.  We have many obstacles to practice on and keep your horse thoughtful in between competitions. And there are so many different types of shows available to riders.  Our most common horseback riding competitions are EXCA, and  ACHA.  Each of these shows have different guidelines and judging criteria, but they all challenge horseback riders of all ages.  Typically the categories for horseback riding shows are Junior, Youth, Novice, Amateur Open, and Seniors.  Many contestants enter into several categories.  Ribbons and prizes are awarded at all shows.
